Wolfgang's steaks are made from United States Department of Agriculture (USAD) prime grade beef. I know the quality of Uruguay beef is good. Imports have been resumed in Japan since February 2019. It is used in Bronco Billy in Nagoya. I haven't seen it in Kanto yet, so I want to taste it.

Nice place calming sweet
It was easy to get a table near the bar and they have an extended happy hour from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm. We chose the 'Taste of New York option which also came with a slice of Key Lime pie. The portions were generous without being gargantuan so we were able to go away well fed. The steak itself was tasty and well cooked without being spectacular. It came with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes both of which were very impressive. Extras with the meal included a basket of potato chips and three different kinds of bread (though there was only one piece of each provided). The Key Lime pie was very easy to eat and finished the meal off nicely. All in all a pleasant dining experience.

We’ve tried their lunch special that comes with a large appetizer and a nice cut of strip steak. The restaurant is actually pretty crowded with a lot of servers. It does feel a little overwhelming having that many seats without much space in between but that’s Tokyo for you. We started off with Ceaser’s salad, which felt a little oily for my taste. The appetizer was really good tuna tartar , and lobster with some sides. Main strip steak was also nice. I still think the menu seems a little too old fashioned and needs an overhaul with new fresh items. Dry aged steaks have been around for too long now and feel like they should have more than a few in their menus by now.

I brought my wife and nephew to this restaurant and ordered t-bone stakes. Fantastic! If you want to eat red meat in Japan, let’s go!
Wolfgang's Steakhouse at Roppongi, Tokyo.This is my favorite Steakhouse. We celebrates neice's Birthday. Prime beef is stored in an in-house aging room for dry-aging, and also the meat is thickly sliced and cooked in a broiler at 900 ℃! This is amazing, right!?
Delicious steak, great sides and cocktails are fantastic as well. Lamb was also very good. In the evening the restaurant cam get surprisingly loud with groups.
First off - the steak was delicious (cooked rare). The seafood platter wasn’t very impressive and the soup of the day was chicken noodle soup (of all things?), but overall the food was great. Warning - the set course was VERY filling. Be sure to go there hungry.Service was perfect and the decor was fittingly upscale and romantic. We even spotted a Japanese celebrity enter and speedwalk into a private room.Overall a very good experience!
Amazing food, spectacular service, and a wonderful environment. Surprisingly large portion sizes for the price. The menu has a great variance in options as well. You can not go wrong by eating here.

Love the Bible this fantastic steak restaurant, great ambience and phenomenal services. USDA qualified steaks which is in my opinion a great combination of fat and protein. An outstanding one menu including screaming Eagle’s at yen 600,000 bottle. Not a cheap steak restaurant but a great place to impressive your business partners or dinner date. Just be prepared to have your dialogues constantly interrupted by happy birthday cheering from the staff for fellow diners at other tables. A tip: if you order the lamb chop dish, you’ll find yourself three large piece of meat enough to feed three grown-up adults 🧑
Very expensive. Not sure it’s worth the price. I think you can get the same quality or better from even higher end Japanese steak restaurants, at the same or even better price.
Good steak good service, a bit pricy
I prefer the Marunouchi location for the atmosphere, service and quality of food; the Roppongi location lacks the exclusivity and general feeling of polish. There do appear to be more English speaking staff however. The burgers are among the best in Tokyo, as is the steak, though it's sometimes hit and miss for the price. Talking of which, prepare your wallet as there's nothing inexpensive on the menu.
Food: I had t-bone steak, it was one of the best I have ever had including in States.Price: as usual, steakhouses are not cheap. Can easily go above 15000 per person without heavy wine orders even.Staff: super friendly, polite and attentive. Don't have the slightest complaint there.Overall: best you can get for a steakhouse experience.
Just average from start to finish, except it was expensive.
Nice environment and good food. Unexpected large portion of lunch set. Enjoy delicious aged beef and space between each table is very sufficient keeping secret talking.

Ok food of big quantites, but a loud restaurant with an odd service. Unsure what to think of our experience there. Still get 4 starts because the food wasn't bad and the service wasn't that bad either, just odd.

The Steak & Seafood were both amazing! The staff, as others have noted, were extremely attentive and friendly - and the wide open ambiance reminded me of steakhouses abroad. Would definitely go back!!
Excellent evening, super friendly staff. We ordered grilled steak and they kept it on a warm plate in butter at the table, but my mother can't eat butter so they gave us another order free of charge. The Sri-Lankan waiter was just perfect. Thank you!
Ordered the party menu, started with a salad and bacon, continued with a fresh seafood platter, and the main course was USDA prime dry aged steak served with creamed spinach and the dessert was cheesecake with strawberry ice cream. A delicious meal!
Latge restaurants, good fillet mingion, poor yellow fin tuna steak, side dishes are very generous and enough for Four people.

I loved the Cesar salad at this restaurant. It's a great place for romantic dinner, however a bit overpriced.
